I was tilting the blade of my Jet Model 708302 contractor type table saw when the wheel became difficult to turn and then popped. Now, the blade is about 1/4″ closer to the fence on the far side than the rear side. It has been so finely tuned, I don’t want to just start turning bolts. Anyone know how to properly adjust?

have to make the adjustments with the blade straight up and down. Then turn bolts..
