try to find them online for cheap google each tool separately.or try home depot or lowes.you can even go on ebay and see if you can bid on tools cheaply on there.

Table Saw Accessories
Try here:
Harborfreight.com
Try either Ebay or http://www.craigslist.com
What I’ve found from experience, is you get what you pay for. As far as Harbor Freight goes, I wouldn’t use them for good quality tools. They sell mostly imported stuff which just doesn’t cut it for good quality. You’ll probably want to buy Porter Cable, Milwaukee, Bosch to get the best quality. Try Northern Tool. Their website is http://www.northerntool.com You’ll find about the best deals around from them. I might suggest a good table saw, a good router, a good random orbital sander to start with.
Grizzly Tools has some great commercial grade wood shop tools. I bought a 5 hp, 10″ cast iron table saw for about half the price of the comparable Delta saw. & I did my homeowrk, 1st – crawling inside and comparing all the available saws features & benefits – type of bearings, # of belts, etc. Also own their 6 x 48″ jointer/planer, drill press, & wood lathe. They are excellent quality and a pleasure to deal with. I like Harbor Freight for small tools, but I’m leery of buying major stuff from them.
please dont buy from harbor freight…you will regret it eventually…most of my woodshop is grizzly , some delta and a couple of craftsman tools where accuracy isn’t that big of a deal like a drill press …and belt sander… go to http://www.grizzly.com
Buy used. Tons of woodworkers are out of work. There should be some really good used stuff right now.
I’d much rather spend $500 on a quality used shop tool than $500 on a brand new not as good tool.
If you want quality stay away from harbor freight. Their stuff is crap.
craigslist?
ebay?
local classifieds?
With a lot of carpenters not working, a lot of tools have been taken to pawn shops. In my area they are selling for 40 to 50 cents on the dollar. There are so many that some pawn shops are not taking in any now, they are overstocked. If you know tools try there and don’t forget bargain, bargain and bargain again.
I have a wood-working shop in my basement, after 47 years in the business it keeps me busy. I buy through wood workers.com. Grizzly tools, harbor freight. I stay away from E-Bay, I got stung to many times.
Have found good hand tools at garage sales & antique shops.
Wo’nt always find complete sets but the good old stuff is better than what you find in home centers.
For power tools , might look into factory refurbed & floor models that may have some cosmetic damage but still have the factory warranty.
Best regards
